We often wonder why we have a sore shoulder, knee pain, headaches or other problems. The reason is an energy blockage. The Chi-flow in the Meridian that goes through this area is not balanced and some cells cannot communicate with each other. When nothing is done the problem can be one day quite serious.

This can be caused by physical trauma, wrong posture but also by emotional trauma. This trauma could have happened recently but often it happened many many years ago, sometimes 30 years or more.
