Most Important Alternative Healing

We often ask ourselves, what might be the most important and effective form of alternative healing?

Reconnective Healing® balances us on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level  Meridians, chakras and the aura are also getting balanced.. This enables the innate intelligence of our body to heal itself.

Free Distant Healing might be welcome by the ones that  are feeling lost, depressed, stressed or have anxiety.

Therefore I had to figure out a way to help … not everybody has the money to pay for Reconnective Healing® sessions.

Every first Monday of a month  I will offer Free Distant Healing between 8 – 10 pm. All I need is your name (or your pet’s name) and your location (city/country)

The session happens through the connection from my soul to your soul.  This is done without phone, Skype  or Zoom.

Anxiety – Our Thoughts

Your thoughts have an effect on your emotions – also on your level of anxiety. You can only think one thought at a time. Therefor see that this thought is positive and loving.

When you have negative, sad, anxious, fearful and angry thoughts your outlook becomes dimmed. You might experience anxiety, become depressed and  over time even physically ill.

When you experience anxiety think immediately of something beautiful,  joyful or funny. Remember, you can only think one thought at a time.

A boy friend/girl friend  at the door, a job promotion, or other marvellous news will change your thoughts immidiately. This is probably the reason so many are now watching cat  videos on the internet.

Aren`t your thoughts your own? Inner peace, joy, anxiety, sadness  are your choice.  These thoughts have also an effect on your immune system.

How to Relieve Hip Pain

Actually it is easy to relieve hip pain. It is a warning sign of your body. When you noticee the first little pain in your hip during the night turn  around and sleep on your back. I practice this every night despite the fact it is much cosier to sleep on the side.

Yes, I know many believe  to be unable to sleep on their back. .. but it has to be done. Every time your hip hurts during the night turn around and sleep on your back. One of my clients who followed this simple advice was quite surprised that it had relieved her hip pain.

During the day make sure to never cross your legs when you sit.When you stand, waiting at the bank or in a store, always  have your weight equally on both your legs.  This will relieve hip pain too.

I wonder how many hip replacements could be avoided when people would apply these simple changes.

No Energy – Is there Help?

Having no energy is a warning sign of the body and one needs help. In my last post I wrote about my concern that clients often have no protecting shield around their aura, or it is not totally closed.  These people have no energy and need help. One of the reasons might be they have energy suckers (energy vampires) in their life. That can be anybody … a partner, a friend, a colleage.

These energy vampires connect through cords to the chakras 1, 2, and 3 of others.. Through these cords they constantly use the energy of others.. In case I have to jawn during the day, which is unusual for me, I check my chakras to see if cords need to be cut. Most of the time that is the case.

Since about two years I added to my sessions strengthening the aura and cutting cords. I always do it before the  Distant (remote) Reconnective Healing® session. So many have no energy and are grateful to get help.

After the cords are cut, the aura is closed the Reconnective Healing® session starts and what needs to be done will be done and it includes strenggthening of the aura.  The Divine  decides what needs to be done first..
