How to Strengthen the Aura

During Distant Reconnective Healing® Sessions I notice since  two years that often the aura is not protected by an outside shield anymore.

Mostly it is totally open. No shield. No aura. Other times it is as if pieces of the shield are taken out and the aura is weakened and needs strengthening. Having no aura is very  serious because it means we constanly loose our energy.

The strengthening of the aura happens during the Distant Reconnective Healing® session. The aura gets filled up and strengthened. .This form of healing one can also call Remote Divine Energy Healing. That term is not correct because   part of the frequency spectrum are also Light and Information.

Recently  I listened to an interview of a metaphysical physician. She said  she notices lately there are `dead zones`in the aura. She used devices to find that out and was very concerned there was often no aura at all around the upper body.

Negative Effects of Anger

During this time of Covid  the most concerning negative effect of anger is a reduced immune system function.  When we are angry  our immune system is for  5-6 hours reduced. It takes the same time period until the immune system is fully functioning again.

Listening to the radio I sometimes got angry about what I heard.  Now, knowing how negatively this affects my health  I rarely listen to the radio.  TV I do not have since fifteen  years.

Constant anger stresses us continuously and that can result in headaches, anxiety, skin problems, digestive problems, insomnia, high blood pressure and other problems.

What can we do? Nature and alternative healing modalities and distant Reconnective Healing, remote distant healing are very helpful.
When God took my anxiety away he might help you to be at peace.

Spring is here – go for hikes in the forest  or sit at the beach.

Causes of Health Problems

How often do we ask our doctor “what caused my health problem?”. One cause is fairly unknown by the medical field.

It is the role Biophotons play in our body. They are light – tiny waves of light. Some call it Chi, life force, Prana. The German scientist  Fritz Albert Popp did around 1980 a lot of research to find out where this light one could measure in the body is coming from. He found out it is emitted by the DNA.  His opinion was  that cancer is caused by a lack of Biophotons.  Later he found out  some health problems are caused by ‘a storm of Biophotons’. This explains why Acupuncture and Acupressure can be very helpful. Reconnective Healing  and other alternative healing modalities balance the flow of biophotons. Then the  cells can better communicate with each other enabling the body  to heal itself.

Raw fruits and vegetables as well as nuts and all dried fruits have a high level of life energy. Other ways to help our body are meditation, walking bare foot, leaning  against a tree, lying down on the grass  on a cotton towel, or working in the garden…

Help: Negative Energy at Home

Several months ago I had a client who was very much affected by the  negative energy in her house, – especially in one room, where a person had died.. She was looking for help and mentioned somebody in Europe whom she once had asked to help  her to remove negative energies in another house.

I promised to help her. I had only experience with removing dark, scary energies from the rooms of my grandchildren.

When my client came the next time I asked her if the energy in her house was now better. She was so excited about the improvement that she said I should offer this on my website.
