Dangers of Sitting at the Workplace

This is interesting, 2 days after my last post about ADHD they talked in the radio about the benefits of a desk that enables us  to either sit or stand.

ADD and ADHD … What Can be Done?

The  CHLY radio broadcast on Sept. 10th was cancelled. I wanted to talk about  ADD/ADHD and what in my opinion the reason  is that so many children have it.

What is different in a life of a child that lives now  compared to a child that lived 70 years ago?

The meals were prepared from scratch. Processed food was not used. There was no GMO food. The soil was not yet depleted from massproduction. There was no EMF. There was no wireless technology in the schools.  There was no aspertane in drinks. The toothpaste and the water did not contain fluoride. … In short the children were eaating healthier food that contained the necessary nutrients. Dr. Michael R. No Zest for Life – I am Always Tired

On CHLY Radio I talked about the reason why people have lost their zest for life. The reason is the constantly increasing electro-mgnetic radiation (EMR) and now additional the Smart Meters. We will continue with this very important topic Tuesday May 14th, 2013, from 3pm-4pm.
