Birth Trauma in Babies

A mother does not always know or get informed whether the child experienced trauma during birth.  It can also be that the child got traumatised as a fetus because the mother experienced extreme stress during her pregnancy.

My daughter has a foster child of three months who was born one month too early.  On the latest photo she sent me I saw him the first time smiling and mentioned it to her.
