How to Overcome Grief?

Beside the standard recommendations how to overcome grief (see below) I trust in two very different holistic Modalities.
One is JinShinDo® Acupressure and the other one Reconnective Healing®.

How Stress Affects your Brain

Stress affects the brain in ways most are not aware of. It impedes over time the photon/energy-flow in the brain. This can cause all health problems of the brain..

Most of the time finger numbness is caused by energy blockages in the neck … caused by whiplash or other accidents.
