Will Reflexology be Helpful for Depression?

The reason that I became a Reflexologist was the little book ‘Helping yourself with Reflexology’ by Mildred Charter. It contains a long list of physical problems that all had been helped with Reflexology. Depression (page 176-178) was one of them.

Immediately after reading that book I booked my first Reflexology seminar. More followed.

‘Reflexology – The Definitive Practitioners Manual’ from Beryl Crane from the UK has also on the pages 276-277 a case history of a 42 year old woman with depression.

This information might be interesting for people who don’t know how to approach their sadness, anxiety attacks, disturbed sleep patterns and so on.

Clients feel after a session  pleasantly relaxed or energyzed, rejuvenated and generally sleep very well.
