This Privacy Policy covers the information we collect at Wellness Fairs or other events, lectures, workshops, through the newsletter GOOD TO KNOW, and of clients that come for sessions to our office or book distant sessions..

WHAT INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU
The information we collect consists of your name, address, tel. number, and e-mail address.
The payment method for distant sessions is check or paypal and therefore we do not get and therefore do not keep any information about your bank connections.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies are not used by us.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We use your information when appointments need to be changed or cancelled, or as a follow up when we want to find out which benefits you experienced after your sessions.
We use your information to inform you about Wellness Fairs (where Anna Christine Doehring gives a speech or gives short free sessions), lectures, work shops, and if she speaks at a radio show.

We also use your information to send you the monthly newsletter GOOD TO KNOW you signed up for at the website www.energy-all-around.com or when you indicated at fairs on the Free Draw Form that you want to receive it.

Information storage and security
We use hosting service providers in the United States to host the websites. The Blog is hosted by blogger. The information we collect for the newsletter is on Autoresponder Plus. The hosting provider is IPower All of our providers use technical measures to secure your data, like SiteLock SECURE.
The antivirus program KASPERSKY is used by us to protect your information. It has presently with 9 the highest rating.

The files with client information are locked up in our office.

While we implement safeguards designed to protect your information, no security system is impenetrable and due to the inherent nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that data, during transmission through the Internet or while stored on our systems or otherwise in our care, is

How long do we keep information
We retain information for a reasonable time or until you unsubscribed or made us aware that you have moved away. The files of diseased clients get destroyed.

HOW TO ACCESS AND CONTROL YOUR INFORMATION
Opt out of communication: You may opt out of receiving the newsletter or promotional communications from us by using the unsubscribe link within each email, updating your email preferences within your Service account settings menu, or by contacting us as provided below to have your contact information removed from our promotional or marketing email list(s)..
