I believe they could or they would. At least the Russians seem to believe that.
The seem to be pickung up pretty fast that could help with the performance of olympic athletes.
In the seventies the Russians and also the Israelis put appliances that emit negative ions in the rooms of the olympic athletes. I read this in a book about this specific topic.
And recently I heard Dr. Eric Pearl during an interview mentioning that he had been in Russia, invited by one of the top scientists and was training there doctors to be Reconnective Healing Pratitioners®. They actually practiced on athletes.
I would have loved to be as a Reconnective Healing Practitioner® to be in Whistler and to help there.
